Plumber - Apprenticeship

Plumbers install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems such as water, hydronic, drainage, waste and vent (DWV), low pressure steam, chemical and irrigation. The Plumber program contains 4 levels that cover the in-school technical portion of the apprenticeship training. All levels of training use applied learning in conjunction with practical exercises.

Parts and Warehousing Apprenticeship

A Parts & Warehousing Person is often responsible for receiving goods and sorting incoming parts, supplies and materials in a warehouse atmosphere. They maintain shipping and receiving records on the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies shipped or received and process purchases and reconcile inventories with physical counts. Completion of the program makes the student eligible for ITA accreditation.

Millwright - Apprenticeship

Millwrights dismantle, move, install, change layout, set-up, repair, overhaul and maintain all machinery and heavy mechanical equip_ment, including power shafting, pulleys, conveyors and hoists. They work from plans and blueprints and install equipment using hand tools, power tools, and hoisting equipment. Millwrights use grinders and lathes to make customized parts and construct machinery foundations.The Millwright Apprenticeship Training Program includes levels 1-4 of the ITA prescribed Apprenticeship training.
