Welding - Certificate

This program offers you the basic training for entry-level employment in a broad variety of welding and steel fabrication. You get layout and fabrication experience by completing hands-on exercises and projects, using welding equipment.

Welder - Foundation

Meld, attach, and affix pieces of metal together with precision and watch objects come to life in your hands. If this appeals to you, a career as a welder might be the right fit for you. Welders use flame cutting, brazing and air arcing equipment to fuse metals in all positions.

Welder - Apprenticeship

The Welding Apprenticeship program is comprised of three levels of in-school technical training. Apprentices completing Level 1 and Level 2 technical training, and 3,000 work-based training hours are eligible for Certification from the Industry Training Authority (ITA). Apprentices who complete Level 3 are eligible to write their Interprovincial Red Seal exam on their last day of training.
