POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support is a self-motivated, energetic, and passionate team player who helps support the Territory Manager for a national retail account. Service stores, develops relationships with store Managers and Department associates. Maintains in-store bays daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly visits to Home Depot stores. High volume stores are to be serviced once per week as directed by the Regional Manager/area Territory Manager. (up to 10 stores total will be serviced over a two week period)
- Ensures inventory levels are maintained, ensuring job lot quantities on shelves. Suggested orders provided if stock is required.
- Provides images and feedback on each store visit to HD Bays and local Territory Manager
- May assist in communication of shipments directly with Pro team and Contractor
- Ensures all Stella-Jones products are serviced, presented well and maintained
- Maintenance of store displays, literature, and signage. Ensures all displays and signage are well maintained to Home Depot and Stella-Jones standards
- May assist in the return of defective product or incorrectly shipped product – RTV (return to vendor)
- Performs other duties as required
